Get The Glow

Hey loves; Hope all is well with you guys. It has been a whirlwind of a week for me; I will be bidding farewell to Atlanta in less than 6 days and I have soooooo much left to do, but I HAVE to share this post with you guys on how to maintain healthy glowing skin year-round because so many of you have asked about it (between IG, SnapChat, FB, and YouTube).

My skin is very particular. I'm still nailing down similar factors in products that my skin DOESN'T like. Doing this is so important! Before you return an item or throw/give it away write down the first 5-10 ingredients. There's a pretty good chance that there's a common ingredient (or 2) in the products that doesn't work well with your skin type. I know it seems tedious, but it will prevent you from just guessing when it comes to your skin as well as save you money in the long run - since now you have a good idea of what doesn't work.

I am an AVID Target shopper, so many of the products that I try come from there. They carry a wide variety of well-known, reputable brands as well as up-and-coming cult favorites and smaller brands so Target is always a weekly stop on my list!

Remember that just like exercise, your skin CAN plateau using the same specialty products for extended periods of time. Personally, I use the same cleanser daily, but I switch my scrubs, masks and eye creams out quarterly depending upon what I need and the time of year.

Anywho, EO Products sent me a collection of their organic skin and body care, and I have to say I love them! With an ingredient list that I can actually decipher, I'm not afraid to use them and to top it off they smell amazing! Once a week, I've been using the Moroccan Lava Clay Scrub paired with their cleansing milk and it makes an amazing combo. The subtle invigorating scents enliven and detoxify my skin.

After using my EO Duo, if you didn't already know I'm like addicted to peels and exfoliating, so I use the Cellbone Glycolic Peel Serum followed by the CellBone Skin Ph Balancer. Just a little warning, if you have never had a peel this is VERY intense, but it does provide INSTANT results! It removes every dark spot and reduces my baby wrinkles by about 75% so it's totally worth the 6 minutes of stinging LOL!

Ater I rinse the Ph balancer off and before drying, I end my routine with the Olay Regenerist Luminous daily treatment oil to seal in the results and the moisture! I use the EO Products body serum mixed with bronzer all over to give my skin a supple/bronzed look!

I hope that this was helpful for everyone! If you have any questions or would like more details on the products let me know!
